Compact boilers: 20, 30, 40, 60kW

Introduction
Our smaller range of biomass/ bio-fuel multi-burners have been manufactured to offer the best possible results without compromise, using the same moving floor technology as in our much larger 100kW to 3.5MW units, but on a smaller scale.

Once located and installed on site, fuel can quickly be loaded into the fuel hopper and the boiler’s fully automated fuel delivery, auto ash and electronic control box will operate the boiler without any need for manual control.

The boiler can be plumbed into your existing heating system, swimming pool or any circumstance where heat is required.

HKRST – for fuels up to 30% moisture
The HKRST range of boilers are true multi-burners, capable of burning  almost any bio-fuel, this is due to its robust feed mechanism, a large 8mm thick auger which resists wear and blockages.

Originally cereal fuels caused a problem for boiler designers and manufacturers. When burnt they produce a sticky ash knows as clinker or slag which can collects and block the boiler and air ducts necessary for a good burn. All REKA boilers in the HKRST range have moving floor, this breaks up the burning fuel and prevents clinker build up, allowing the boiler to burn almost any bio-fuel.

HKRSV – for fuels between 30 and 50% Moisture
The HKRSV range of boilers are capable of burning fuel with a much higher moisture content, but with this you sacrifice the option to burn dry materials. These boilers are suitable for people who have a specific material they intend to burn and know they are going to have a constant moisture content of between 30 and 50%.

The HKRSV burns at a high temperature, allowing it to burn much wetter products. This saves the need for spending money and time drying and storing the fuel. It uses the same technologies as the HKRST, but has been adapted to burn at a high temperature.
